The team

Founder & Chief Investment Officer

Zachary Wolfe

Zachary Wolfe founded Gates Mills Technologies in 2018 and serves as Chief Investment Officer. He sets the firm's strategic direction, leads investment research, and oversees trading and trading systems development.

Zachary began his career in 2012 as a trader at Chimera Securities, a New York proprietary trading firm, where he studied the statistical structure of intraday price movements. He left in 2014 to pursue an MBA at Case Western Reserve University. In 2018, he founded GMT and launched its first automated strategy.

Chief Financial Officer

Timothy Krueger

Timothy Krueger oversees the firm's accounting, financial reporting, and key operating metrics. He also manages relationships with service providers.

Timothy has advised software and financial services companies on finance and strategy since 2016, serving as a consultant or fractional CFO to more than 20 companies. His experience spans accounting, financial modeling, budgeting, pricing, go-to-market strategy, acquisitions, and turnarounds. He serves on the boards of two organizations that each own and operate $30 million to $50 million in commercial real estate. He holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
