This policy explains what information Gates Mills Technologies LLC (“Gates Mills,” “we” or “us”) collects through gatesmillstech.com (the “site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you contact us through the form on our Contact page, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, company (if you include it) and your message. The form delivers your message to our team by email. Our server also keeps a short record of each submission: the date and time, your name, company and email address, and the internet (IP) address the request came from. It does not keep a copy of your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider, GoDaddy, records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. GoDaddy also runs a performance-monitoring script on the site that may use cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical information to operate and secure the site. We may also use or disclose information where required by law or regulation.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by writing to us through our Contact page. We will respond as required by applicable law. The site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because we do not track visitors across other websites.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Investors and clients

This policy covers the website only. It does not describe how we handle information about investors in funds we manage or about our advisory clients.
